LINKSIDE 1 is situated at 5800 Sabal Trace Drive, North Port, 34287. Florida, it is a small gated community that boasts a heated pool & Cabana. You can either relax on our lanai which overlooks the beautiful lake and countryside, with all of Florida’s wildlife, or, alternatively you can enjoy yourself lounging around the pool.
Our Condo is well appointed, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and private carport
parking space. LINKSIDE 1 is a short, 20 minutes ride from the beaches of Venice,
Nokomis and Englewood. Located 45 minutes from Sarasota (Siesta Key Beach) Longboat
Key, Anne Marie Island and 60 minutes from Clearwater and St Petersberg to the North
and to the South -
LINKSIDE is located in the City of North Port, part of Sarasota County on Florida’s tranquil South West Gulf Coast but within close proximity to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities. Tampa for Busch Gardens and Orlando for Disney World are day trips, at just 90 minutes and 120 minutes respectively.

Point at Estero. Mirador near Fort Myers. Ellenton Outlets at Bradenton and the latest
on University Parkway in Sarasota.
